  • You have two or more long-term health problems (like diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, or arthritis).
  • You are between 20 and 79 years old.
  • You are able to speak and understand Mandarin or a Taiwanese dialect clearly.
  • You are willing to take part in the study after learning what it's about.
  • You do not have a serious mental health condition like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or major depressive disorder.
