Who can take part
- Age 18 to 75 years old.
- Your pancreatic cancer has spread to other organs (metastatic) and has been confirmed by a biopsy or other lab test.
- You have not received any chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, or radiation for your metastatic cancer.
- You are in generally good health (able to care for yourself, up and about more than half of the day).
- Your blood counts and kidney/liver function are within certain ranges (checked by a simple blood test).
- You or your partner agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after the last dose.
