Doxorubicin liposome with CapOX and bevacizumab for colorectal cancer

Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older
  • You must have advanced colorectal cancer that cannot be removed by surgery
  • Your tumor must have a specific mutation called SMAD4 R361H or C
  • Your tumor must not be the type that is mismatch repair deficient or MSI-high
  • If your cancer is on the left side or in the rectum, it must not be RAS wild-type
  • You must not have had chemotherapy for this cancer before
