- Your colorectal cancer has spread to other parts of the body and cannot be removed with surgery.
- Your tumor is RAS wild-type (a specific genetic feature) and is MSS (microsatellite stable).
- You have tried at least two prior standard treatments that included fluoropyrimidine, irinotecan, and bevacizumab, but they stopped working.
- You are in generally good health, able to be up and about at least half the day (ECOG score 2 or less).
- Your blood counts, kidney function, liver function, and clotting tests are within acceptable ranges.
- You have not been treated with a PD-1 antibody before, and you do not have active autoimmune disease.
