Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 40 years old.
  • You have mild to moderate nearsightedness (between -1.00 and -6.00 diopters) in both eyes.
  • Your vision can be corrected to 20/20 or better with glasses or contacts.
  • You do not have any other eye conditions like lazy eye (strabismus) or eye coordination problems.
  • You have no serious medical conditions (like heart or hormone problems) that might affect the study.
  • You have not had red light therapy in the past 6 months.
