Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 50 years old
  • You are scheduled to have intrauterine insemination (IUI) as part of infertility treatment
  • You can read and write in Turkish
  • You have no muscle or joint problems that would prevent squeezing a stress ball (for that group) or no issue with holding hands (for that group)
  • You have not taken any pain medication within 24 hours before the procedure
