Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older
  • You have at least moderate social anxiety based on a screening questionnaire
  • You speak Portuguese fluently
  • You have internet access on a device (phone, tablet, or computer)
  • You are in a monogamous romantic relationship (your partner also needs to join)
  • You are not currently receiving other treatment for social anxiety (like stable antidepressants)
  • Your partner is 18 or older, speaks Portuguese, and has internet access too
