- You are between 5 and 21 years old.
- You have frequent, sudden urges to pee (at least 8 times a day) and accidental wetting (at least once a day) for at least 4 weeks.
- You have tried and not gotten enough relief from standard treatments like bladder training or medicine (like Ditropan or Myrbetriq).
- You can drink enough fluids for your age and are willing to continue any current OAB medicine at the same dose during the study.
- You do not have any major bladder or nerve problems (like spina bifida or a spinal cord injury) or other medical issues that could make the treatment unsafe.
