Who can take part

  • You are a U.S. military Veteran (proof needed).
  • You have had low back pain for more than 6 months, with pain on at least half of those days.
  • You can read, write, and speak English.
  • You have internet access and a way to join video calls (like Zoom) from home.
  • You are not pregnant, do not have a serious medical condition causing your pain, and are not planning spine surgery or injections in the next year.
