Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You have had persistent lower back pain for at least 3 months, on more than half the days.
- Your pain level is at least moderate (4 out of 10 on a pain scale).
- You speak and understand English well enough to follow instructions and participate.
- You are not involved in a disability claim, lawsuit, or WSIB (Workplace Safety and Insurance Board) case related to your back pain.
- You have not received specific psychotherapy for back pain in the last 2 years (e.g., cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, pain reprocessing).
