Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) by a psychiatrist.
- Your anxiety symptoms are at least moderate (a score of 14 or higher on a standard anxiety scale).
- You have been on the same medications or counseling for at least 6 weeks, or you are not able to take medication or get counseling.
- You do not have any serious medical or psychiatric conditions like epilepsy, bipolar disorder, or recent stroke.
