Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are 27 weeks or more pregnant
  • You plan to attend breastfeeding classes at a pregnancy school
  • You speak and understand Turkish
  • You want to breastfeed your baby
  • Your pregnancy is not high-risk and you are not carrying twins or more
  • You have no serious mental or brain condition that could affect learning
  • You have the WhatsApp app on your phone
  • You are willing to take part in the study
  • After birth, your baby is born after 37 weeks, weighs at least 2500 grams, is single and healthy
  • You do not have any breast problems that stop breastfeeding, or take medicines that pass into milk, or have illnesses like active tuberculosis or HIV
