Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old
- You finished pelvic radiation at least 3 months ago and your cancer has not returned or spread
- You have rectal bleeding (moderate to severe) that has not gotten better with standard care, or your hemoglobin is very low
- A colonoscopy showed that your rectum lining is red, swollen, or has abnormal blood vessels
- You do not have serious infections, bleeding disorders, a colostomy, or a bowel blockage
