Who can take part

  • You are a U.S. veteran who left the military within the past 12 months, or you are a service member on terminal leave.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have internet access and a device (computer, tablet, or 'smart' device) with a camera, speakers, and microphone, and a private space to attend online sessions.
  • You live in the United States and will complete all study activities there.
  • You do not have a history of manic, hypomanic, or psychotic episodes, current severe alcohol or drug use problems, recent suicidal thoughts or behaviors, or a risk of harming others.
