Who can take part
- You must have a confirmed neuroendocrine tumor (NET) or neuroendocrine carcinoma (NEC) that can be removed with surgery, or a metastatic NET/NEC that can be biopsied.
- You could also have one of these other cancers: colorectal, small intestine, stomach, esophageal, pancreatic, or a metastasis from a non-neuroendocrine gastrointestinal cancer.
- You must not have a low-grade tumor (G1 or G2 with 10% or less Ki67).
- You cannot have another cancer within the last 3 years.
- You cannot have major blood disorders or severe organ failure (like liver or kidney failure).
- You cannot be on active chemotherapy.
