- You are a high school student (age 13 or older) at a participating school in Gwanda or Matobo district, OR you are a woman or young adult female aged 13–50 seeking care like prenatal, postpartum, or family planning services at these health centers.
- You can understand and answer questions from a survey about your health behaviors and feelings (like the PHQ-9 depression scale).
- You have (or can get) permission from your parent or guardian if you are under 18, or give your own consent if you are an adult.
