  • You are between 21 and 50 years old
  • You need a crown or large filling on a first or second molar (back tooth) that had a root canal
  • The tooth has a missing wall on one side (toward the cheek or tongue), not a whole broken-down tooth
  • You have good oral hygiene habits
  • You are willing to come back for follow-up visits
