Lung Neoplasm Malignant

Treatments studied

Part of Cancer, Lungs & breathing clinical trials.

This trial is testing a new combination of drugs (including pembrolizumab) as a treatment before surgery for people with a certain type of lung cancer. The goal is to see if it helps shrink the tumor and improve outcomes.

Pembrolizumab with or without another drug for lung cancer after surgery

This trial tests adding a new drug (sacituzumab tirumotecan) to pembrolizumab for people with non-small cell lung cancer that did not completely disappear after initial treatment and surgery. The goal is to see if the combination works better than pembrolizumab alone.

NCT04846634Not yet recruiting· Phase 2
Study drug before and after lung surgery for stage II–III cancer

This Phase II trial tests whether a penpulimab-based combination treatment, given before and after surgery, can improve outcomes for people with operable, locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer. It mainly aims to treat the cancer earlier (before surgery) and help prevent it from coming back (after surgery).

IBI363 or Pembrolizumab with Chemo before Lung Cancer Surgery

This trial tests two different drug combinations (IBI363 plus chemo versus pembrolizumab plus chemo) given before surgery for people with a specific type of lung cancer. The goal is to see which approach works better at shrinking the tumor and helping patients recover.

NCT05061550Recruiting· Phase 2
Targeted immune-plus-chemo treatment before and after lung surgery

This trial studies whether adding immune treatment and chemotherapy around the time of lung tumor removal improves outcomes for people with operable non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). You may qualify if your cancer can be surgically removed and your tumor tests meet required biomarker rules.

NCT04875585Recruiting· Phase 2
Neoadjuvant and post-surgery immunotherapy for operable lung cancer

This trial tests a combination of medicines given before surgery and immunotherapy after surgery for resectable non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). It aims to shrink the tumor before the operation and reduce the risk of cancer coming back after surgery.

NCT06775275Recruiting· Phase 2
Testing adebrelimab plus chemo before lung cancer surgery

This trial tests a new drug (adebrelimab) combined with standard chemotherapy, with or without another drug (bevacizumab), given before surgery for people with a certain type of lung cancer. The goal is to see if this combination helps shrink the tumor and makes surgery more effective.
