  • You smoke (even just occasionally).
  • You are staying in one of these hospital units: hypertension/vascular medicine, kidney (nephrology), lung (pulmonology), or the cardiac care unit.
  • You live in the Île-de-France region (Paris area).
  • You speak and understand French well enough to follow instructions.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
