  • You do not have inflammatory bowel disease (like Crohn's or ulcerative colitis).
  • You do not have familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP).
  • You do not have a submucosal tumor (a growth under the lining).
  • Your polyps are not certain rare types (like Peutz-Jeghers or juvenile polyps).
