This study compares different types of dialysis to see which removes waste products (uremic toxins) best from the blood. If you have been on dialysis for at least 6 months and use the same filter for a year, this trial may help find a better way to clean your blood.

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You have been on dialysis for at least 6 months.
  • You have used the same filter (like Theranova or HFR) for the last 12 months.
  • You make less than 200 ml of urine per day (little to no urine).
  • You do dialysis three times a week.
  • Each dialysis session lasts at least 210 minutes (3.5 hours).
