Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old
  • You have end-stage kidney disease (kidney failure requiring dialysis)
  • You have been on dialysis at least 3 months, with sessions 3 times a week
  • You have been stable (no hospital stays or sudden illness) for the past 4 weeks
  • You do not have recent heart problems, uncontrolled high blood pressure, active infection, or bleeding problems
