Who can take part
- You or your caregiver identifies as LGBTQ+ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, etc.)
- You have been diagnosed with any invasive cancer (stage 1 or higher) within the past 2 years, or your cancer has come back or spread
- You have a friend or family member (unpaid) who is willing to join the program as your caregiver
- You are 18 years or older
- You can speak, read, and write in English
- You live in the United States
