Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 85 years old.
  • You have stress urinary incontinence (leak urine with cough, sneeze, or exercise).
  • You do not have active heart disease.
  • You do not have a connective tissue disorder (like Marfan syndrome).
  • You have no history of gynecological cancer.
  • Your BMI (body mass index) is under 30 and you don't have chronic constipation or inflammatory bowel disease.
