Who can take part

  • Your child must be in 4th or 5th grade (ages 9 to 12).
  • Your child's school must be one of the participating schools.
  • You and your child must sign forms giving permission (consent and assent).
  • Your child will need to have their height and weight measured.
  • You (the parent) will need to fill out a questionnaire about your child's lifestyle.
  • Your child should not have any health condition that would keep them from being active.
