  • You have been diagnosed with primary infertility (meaning you have never been pregnant before).
  • This is your first time having an embryo transfer.
  • You are not currently taking antidepressants or sedatives.
  • You have not used painkillers in the 24 hours before the procedure.
  • You do not have hearing or vision problems that would prevent you from using headphones or VR glasses.
