Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have cervical cancer (stage IB2 to IVA) or another gynecologic cancer needing radiation to the pelvis.
- You are able to complete a full course of pelvic radiation, possibly with chemotherapy or brachytherapy (internal radiation).
- You are willing to have extra biopsies and blood draws for research.
- You have not had radiation to the pelvis or chemotherapy for this cancer before.
- You are not on medicines that suppress your immune system or have an active infection.
