Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease.
  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You can walk 10 meters (about the length of a bus) on your own or with a walker or cane.
  • You do not have serious health problems that affect your walking, such as severe heart disease or a terminal illness.
  • You do not have major mental health conditions like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or severe depression.
  • You are able to understand instructions and give your consent to participate.
