This study looks at how chemicals in the environment (called endocrine disruptors) might affect the natural bacteria in your gut and whether that could play a role in colorectal cancer. If you are having a colonoscopy (endoscopy), you may be able to participate.

Who can take part
- You must be scheduled for an endoscopy (a colon camera test) either now or in the next 18 months.
- You cannot be taking treatment for chronic inflammatory bowel disease (like Crohn's or colitis).
- You cannot have a hereditary form of colorectal cancer.
- You must not have taken antibiotics, probiotics, or prebiotics in the last 4 weeks.
- You cannot have had chemotherapy, radiation, or colon surgery before this study.
