Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have early-stage breast cancer that is hormone receptor-positive (ER and/or PR >10%) and HER2-negative.
- You have not responded to or cannot tolerate standard chemotherapy before surgery.
- You are willing to take oral medications and attend study visits.
- You have adequate blood counts (neutrophils, platelets, hemoglobin).
- You have not used any CDK inhibitor before, and do not have inflammatory or stage IV breast cancer.
