Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You had a positive CMV antibody test (showing past exposure) before your stem cell transplant.
  • You received your first allogeneic (donor) stem cell transplant (from bone marrow, blood, or cord blood).
  • You are currently within the first 28 days after your transplant.
  • Your doctor plans to give you the CMV-prevention drug Letermovir, starting in the first 28 days after transplant and continuing until about 100 days after transplant.
