- You are between 18 and 64 years old.
- You can speak and understand Swedish or English.
- You have no major memory or thinking problems.
- You can manage your daily activities (like dressing, bathing, moving around) on your own.

- You are not currently doing yoga, martial arts, or dance that involves lying on the floor.
