Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 70 years old.
  • You have binge eating episodes at least 12 times in the past 3 months.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is 30 or higher.
  • You own an iPhone with iOS 11 or newer, or an Android with OS 8.1 or newer.
  • You are not currently receiving treatment for an eating disorder or for weight loss.
  • You are not pregnant or planning to become pregnant in the next year.
