Who can take part
- You have an advanced or metastatic solid tumor that has not responded to at least one standard treatment (or you cannot tolerate that treatment).
- If you have HIV, it must be well controlled with antiretroviral therapy, and you must not have a history of Kaposi sarcoma or Castleman disease.
- If you have hepatitis B, you must be on antiviral therapy for at least 4 weeks and have an undetectable viral load. If you have hepatitis C, your viral load must be undetectable.
- You cannot have active inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's or ulcerative colitis) or a history of it.
- You cannot have serious eye conditions like severe dry eye, Meibomian gland disease, or corneal issues that could delay healing.
- You cannot have fluid buildup in your chest, belly, or heart that causes symptoms or needs frequent drainage.
