Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have one of these cancers: colorectal, stomach, esophagus, pancreas, non-small cell lung, cervix, or head and neck cancer that has spread or cannot be removed, and standard treatments have stopped working or are not available.
  • Your cancer can be measured on scans (like CT or MRI) and has at least one tumor that has grown since any prior radiation.
  • You are able to take care of yourself and be up and about more than half of your waking hours (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • You are willing to provide a tumor tissue sample from a previous biopsy or have a new biopsy done for the study.
  • You have recovered from side effects of past cancer treatments (except for some hormone-related side effects or mild nerve damage).
