- You are a male aged 18 or older.
- You have recent symptoms of a urinary tract infection, such as pain or burning when urinating, urgent or frequent urination, blood in urine, or pelvic pain.
- You do not have signs of a severe infection (like high fever, low blood pressure, confusion, or severe pain).
- You have not had a urinary tract infection in the last 3 months.
- You do not have any known urinary tract abnormalities (like kidney stones, enlarged prostate, or prostate cancer).
- You have not taken antibiotics in the last 72 hours.
