Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 45 years old.
  • You are in good general health (ASA 1 or 2).
  • You are having a minor gynecological procedure that lasts less than 30 minutes, such as a D&C, biopsy, or hysteroscopy.
  • Your BMI is 35 or lower.
  • You do not have any condition that prevents using a laryngeal mask airway (a breathing tube placed in the throat).
