Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older
  • You are scheduled for a sedated endoscopy (stomach scope, colon scope, or both)
  • Your overall health is in fair condition or better (your doctor rates your health as ASA class I, II, or III)
  • You can read, understand, and sign a consent form
  • You do not have severe heart or stroke conditions
  • You are not pregnant and have no known allergy to the sedative medication ciprofol
