Who can take part
- You must be 18 to 75 years old.
- You must have a confirmed diagnosis of extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma (ENKTL).
- You must have at least one risk factor, such as being over 60, having B symptoms (like fever, night sweats, or weight loss), needing some help with daily activities (ECOG 2 or higher), high LDH, or high EBV-DNA levels.
- Your bone marrow, liver, and heart must be working well enough (based on blood tests and heart function).
- You cannot have active infections, heart problems within the last 6 months, or be pregnant or breastfeeding.
