  • You are a woman between 18 and 40 years old.
  • You have been running regularly (at least 3 days a week) for over a year.
  • You have completed a race of 10 km or more and can show official results.
  • You can run 10 km at an average pace faster than 6 minutes per kilometer.
  • You do not take medications or supplements that change your metabolism.
  • You do not have any muscle, joint, heart, lung, stomach, or eating disorder issues.
