Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have Ewing sarcoma that has spread or returned after initial chemotherapy (VAC/IE).
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan (at least 1 cm across) and cannot be fully removed by surgery.
- You are in generally good health, with normal blood counts, liver, kidney, and heart function.
- You have not had a PARP inhibitor, irinotecan, or temozolomide before.
- You do not have brain tumors, active infections, or other cancers in the last 5 years.
