Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with Ewing sarcoma that has come back or is not responding to treatment.
- You have already received standard chemotherapy for Ewing sarcoma, including drugs like doxorubicin, vincristine, cyclophosphamide, ifosfamide, and etoposide.
- Your cancer is measurable on a CT or MRI scan.
- You are in fairly good health, able to care for yourself (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
- Your major organs (kidneys, liver, bone marrow, heart) are working well enough, based on recent blood tests.
- Any side effects from your last treatment are mostly gone, and it has been at least 3 weeks since your last chemotherapy or 2 weeks since radiation or major surgery.
