Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 45 years old.
- Your body mass index (a height-to-weight ratio) is between 18 and 32, and you weigh at least 45 kg (about 99 lbs).
- You are generally healthy, with no significant eye, heart, liver, kidney, or other major health issues.
- You have not had eye surgery or injury, and your vision and eye pressure are normal.
- If you are able to have children, you must agree to use reliable birth control during the study and for 3 months after the last dose, and not donate sperm or eggs.
