- You are between 6 and 18 years old.

- Your psoriasis is moderate to severe, covering at least 10% of your body.
- You do not have other types of psoriasis (like pustular or guttate).
- You have not had a major psoriasis flare in the last 12 weeks.
- You do not have active infections, certain autoimmune diseases, or a history of cancer in the last 5 years.
