  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have had plaque psoriasis for at least 6 months.
  • You've tried at least one biologic medicine (like a biologic injection) but it didn't work well enough.
  • You are healthy enough to receive ongoing biologic therapy.
  • You do not have other active autoimmune diseases or certain infections (like tuberculosis or hepatitis).
