- You are a pregnant woman or new mother receiving care at a participating hospital in Uganda, Malawi, Mozambique, or Kenya.
- Your baby is under 90 days old and has a lab-confirmed GBS infection (for the GBS surveillance part).
- You are able to give written informed consent (or your parent/guardian can for your baby).
- You live in the area near the participating health facility.
- You are 18 or older (16 in Malawi for emancipated minors) if joining the vaccine confidence part.
