  • You are 12 to 18 years old
  • You have moderate to severe depression (feeling very down most days)
  • You have been bullied or harassed online at least a few times by one person, or once by two different people
  • You do not have a serious health problem that needs immediate care or a condition that makes it hard to understand instructions
  • You are not currently in a crisis needing urgent treatment
