  • You have a planned (non-emergency) colonoscopy.
  • You are willing to sign a consent form and be contacted by phone for follow-up.
  • Your doctor expects to remove at least one polyp during the colonoscopy.
  • A polyp trap will be used to collect the removed polyp.
