Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must have one of these cancers that has spread or cannot be removed with surgery: small cell lung cancer, a neuroendocrine tumor (GEP-NET) of the gut or pancreas, triple-negative breast cancer, or another solid tumor that hasn't responded to standard treatments.
- Your cancer must have somatostatin receptors (a protein on the cell surface).
- You need to be in fairly good health, able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0-1).
- Your organs (bone marrow, liver, kidneys, and blood clotting) must work well enough as shown by blood tests.
- You must not have serious heart problems, uncontrolled infections, or other active cancers.
