Who can take part

  • You’re 18 to 80 years old and have advanced solid tumors that can’t be treated with standard options (or standard options aren’t available).
  • Your tumor must test positive for CLDN18.2 on a tissue sample (archival or a new biopsy) using a lab stain test (IHC).
  • You must have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans (RECIST 1.1).
  • You’re in overall good enough shape, with an ECOG score of 0 or 1.
  • You must have expected survival of at least 3 months and enough bone marrow, organ, and liver/kidney function based on blood tests.
  • If you can have a pregnancy, you must use effective contraception during the study and for 6 months after the last dose.
